Welcome to Cat’s House, a truly unique and unforgettable floating house.
Cat’s House is designed to be a clean and permeable place to live in!
This floating house is a cube with certain subtractions to generate terraces, its structure and glass facades for permeability.
The floating system follows the technology used by catamarans, a vessel with two parallel hulls of equal size, but adapted to a platform that supports the edification.
Highlighting Seaphia’s style, the interior is full white with wooden and grey details.
Next to the living room but separated by a thin wall, there is a study ideal for academic or work purposes.
The kitchen, simple yet elegant, has a linear distribution of the furniture in front of which an island is located.
The house’s shape allows it to have a central space in each floor that distributes the circulation to each area.
The main bedroom is equipped with its personal studio area, bed zone and main bathroom. It stands out by a wooden panel that gives it a different touch.
There are two other bedroom types. One with space for a double bed, closet and its own bathroom.
And the other one with space just for a single bed and closet. There is no bathroom included.
